Litigation Attorney (CA Licensed)

Role Description: This is a full-time remote role for an experienced Litigation Attorney. The Litigation Attorney will handle legal tasks including drafting motions, managing court-related processes, attending depositions, and participating in trials. The role also involves active collaboration with the legal team to develop case strategies and provide excellent client service.

Qualifications: 5+ years of legal and litigation experience with increasing roles and responsibilities Proficiency with civil litigation matters, preferably with a solid understanding of securities disputes, regulatory matters, and investment-loss cases Experience drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents Knowledge of legal proceedings in courts and strong courtroom presence Experience conducting trials and depositions Strong analytical, research, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a current license to practice law in California Experience in securities law and FINRA arbitrations is a plus Flexible for remote work
