Project Manager - Multifamily Construction - Quincy, MA

Job Description: Lead the planning, execution, financial management, and successful delivery of assigned construction projects. Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Coordinate closely with superintendents, subcontractors, consultants, and ownership teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and reporting. Oversee contract administration, change orders, procurement, and risk management activities. Drive project safety, quality control, and client satisfaction initiatives. Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication among all stakeholders. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Support business growth through strong client relationships and repeat business opportunities. The Successful ApplicantA Successful Project Manager should have:5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Extensive ground-up construction experience is required. Experience managing large-scale projects within Multifamily, Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial, or related sectors. Strong understanding of project budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contract management. Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders. Stable career progression and strong tenure with reputable construction firms. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
