Spa Guest Experience Concierge

You are the foundation of our organization's success. An expert in creating a world-class guest experience in our shops, you deliver this experience by connecting with our guests, sharing product recommendations, anticipating customer needs, and resolving all questions. Heyday Skincare in Chicago seeks team-oriented hosts to maintain our welcoming atmosphere, educate guests on memberships and promotions, and support daily shop tasks while embodying the Heyday aesthetic and culture.
