As a Sales Manager, you’ll grow a team of financial representatives. You’ll help guide and train your team members as they work to meet the financial needs of Modern Woodmen members in your district. You will accomplish this by attracting, recruiting, and developing a team of successful financial representatives through coaching, motivating and mentoring.
Position includes:
- Base Salary of $36,000Up to $24,000 in bonus potential plus commissions1st year OTE $60,000-$80,000 Medical and dental insurance coverage - Company Paid Premiums
