Senior Electrical Engineer - Lead Projects & Mentorship

HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead projects within our Building Electrical group in Phoenix. You will coordinate a multidisciplinary team across the project lifecycle, establishing client relations and guiding design, production, and marketing discussions. The role requires a PE license, 10+ years of electrical building design experience, and strong knowledge of power, lighting, life safety, and BMS systems. You will mentor staff and manage schedules and budgets.
