Cook - Job Responsibilities - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications.- Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.- Ensure all equipment is used safely and according to manufacturer guidelines.- Manage portion sizes and presentation to ensure consistency.- Assist in training junior kitchen staff and new team members.- Handle and store food products in compliance with food safety standards.- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
