We are seeking a Design Engineer to join a reputable company in the Des Moines IA metro! The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing design process from ideation to production. You will draw new designs and update our current designs. During the creation process, you will ensure that our designs meeting all necessary design responsibilities.
Location: Pella, IARole Type: Long Term Contract
Rate:
28-38/hr W2 - The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Responsibilities:
- Draw, update, and maintain designs
- Manage multiple complex projects at the same time
- Ensure our designs meet manufacturing, technical and customer Responsibilities
- Ensure that all design projects are completed within budget and time
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical degree - mechanical, manufacturing engineer, aerospace engineer, Industrial engineer. Solidworks, Hydraulics, Structures, FEA, GD&T, Sheet Metal, Print Creation and Print Reading (Weld and Part), ECN ProcessCAD experience Strong organizational and communication skills If you are interested in this opening, then please click APPLY NOW.
