Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to): Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapy to improve articulation, fluency, voice disorders, and language comprehension. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other relevant professionals. Maintain detailed records of patient evaluation, treatment, and progress. Educate clients and family members about communication strategies. Stay updated on clinical research and advances in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications: Before we go any further, we do have some deal-breakers. You must have: Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's in Speech Therapy Licensed by the state in Speech-Language Pathology Current BLS for healthcare providers certification upon hire and maintain current Additional Qualifications That Are a Plus: MS degree in Speech-Language Pathology One year of experience with swallow assessment and treatment in an acute care hospital setting One year of experience in acute care Employment StatusPer Diem ShiftVariable Equal Employment OpportunityCompany is an equal employment opportunity employer.
