What You'll Do:
  • Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
  • Administer medications & treatments
  • Assess patient condition
  • Educate families and caregivers
  • Follow plan of care
Qualifications:
  • RequiredActive Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (AZ)
  • Current CPR certification
  • PreferredPediatric home health experience
  • Trach and/or ventilator experience
  • New Grads Welcome!
  • Schedule & TravelFull-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
  • Flexible scheduling based on availability8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
