Senior Estimator, Multifamily Preconstruction

CORE Builders seeks an Estimator or Senior Estimator to join the Preconstruction team in the SF Bay Area, focusing on multifamily and affordable housing. You'll develop budgets and detailed estimates from concept through buyout, collaborating with owners, architects, design teams, subcontractors, and Operations to ensure accurate cost control. The role emphasizes proficiency in ProEst and Excel, quantity takeoffs, and managing multiple projects with senior mentorship.
