This role is ideal for someone with strong electrical engineering depth and hands‑on experience in PCBA, electronics assembly, and automated test equipment. It also offers a clear succession and growth path.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and develop a team of manufacturing engineers Drive process improvements, cost‑reduction initiatives, and Lean Manufacturing efforts Oversee tooling, documentation, test equipment design, and capital equipment decisions Collaborate cross‑functionally with production, facilities, QA, supply chain, and EHSReview engineering changes and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards Support OPEX, VA/VE, and continuous improvement programs
What You Bring:
