Senior Real Estate Title Paralegal (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do: Coordinate all aspects of title and survey review across a range of commercial real estate transactions Review title commitments and surveys, summarize exceptions, and identify potential issues Finalize title proformas and endorsements, ensuring all materials are accurate and complete Collaborate with attorneys and other stakeholders to develop practical solutions for title-related challenges Manage and track the completion of due diligence deliverables and ensure they meet transaction deadlines Support flood due diligence and related documentation requirements for client transactions Partner directly with title companies, borrower’s counsel, and other third parties to facilitate closing logistics

What Success Looks Like: You consistently deliver thorough and accurate title and survey reviews under tight timelines Attorneys and clients rely on your organization and judgment to streamline complex transactions You help identify and resolve potential title issues early, ensuring deals progress efficiently
