Director, Field Property Management & Operations

Community Management Group is hiring a Director of Property Management & PM Operations to lead a dispersed portfolio of about 30 communities and 2,500 lots. This player-coach role focuses on people development, field accountability and hands-on property management across six states. You will recruit, hire and coach onsite managers, manage KPI reporting, budgeting and capital projects, and drive operations with a strong emphasis on resident experience and compliance.
