VP, Enterprise Reporting & Power BI Lead

Golub Capital in Chicago seeks an Enterprise Reporting Lead (VP) to guide a team delivering scalable, governance-focused Power BI solutions and semantic models across the firm. You will set standards, drive performance, and partner with Product Owners, Analysts, and Data teams to translate priorities into trusted enterprise reports. You will own end-to-end delivery, manage vendor resources, and ensure secure data governance aligned with the Firm Glossary and data governance policies.
