Hazardous & Radioactive Waste Specialist

Argonne National Laboratory in Lemont, IL is seeking a Specialist to plan and assist with radioactive, hazardous, chemical, and abatement materials management, characterization, and packaging, under minimal supervision. You will work with onsite waste generators to ensure compliance with DOE, EPA and Laboratory policies; develop waste sampling plans; interpret results for classifications; and ensure proper shipping and waste acceptance procedures are followed.
