Senior People Analytics Consultant - NCHR has gone numbers-driven. Workforce dashboards, retention modeling, turnover analytics, and predictive headcount planning are no longer nice-to-have for our behavioral health and human services clients. They are expected. We need senior people analytics consultants who can turn workforce data into operating decisions. People analytics professionals with 5-15 years experience. Former Workday, ADP, Visier, or Greenhouse analytics teams. Boutique workforce consulting firms with a quantitative bent. Healthcare or behavioral health workforce analytics experience strongly preferred. Comfortable in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent. Working knowledge of Python or R is a plus. Workforce KPI dashboard design for client systems Turnover and retention modeling against BH workforce benchmarks Predictive headcount planning Compensation and pay equity analytics Clinical workforce ratio analysis Annual benchmark studies for client retainers$0 retained. $75-150/hr when engaged.
