Key responsibilities:
Investigate refund and chargeback abuse, identifying patterns across accounts and payment methods
Handle account takeover cases, ensuring proper containment and recovery support for affected players
Document investigation findings and escalate significant cases with organized evidence for further review
Required qualifications:
2+ years of experience in fraud investigation, risk analysis, or a related field
Fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong written communication skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
Comfort with transaction data, logs, and account histories
Genuine interest in games and understanding of player community dynamics
