MEP Preconstruction Lead - Budgeting & Value

Clark Construction Group seeks a Preconstruction Manager to support southeastern projects, developing and maintaining detailed MEP/Systems budgets from concept through design development and into construction. You will collaborate with project teams and Trade Partners to drive best-value decisions, manage cost data, and apply constructability and value-analysis methods to protect budget and schedule.
