Senior Food & Beverage Supervisor

Coushatta seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage leader to direct and coordinate all activities in the assigned area, ensuring compliance with F&B policies and procedures. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or related field, or 3–5 years of related experience, plus at least six years in F&B management with progressive responsibilities.
