Dispatcher

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Ensure exceptional customer service Answer incoming calls from customers Using dispatch software to dispatch trucks to customers Documenting conversations Helping drivers troubleshoot problems Assessing the safety of roadside situations Dispatch software expert ensuring all call information, notes, pricing, and customer information is entered and correct Ensuring customers and drivers receive timely and accurate dispatch help Helping drivers trouble shoot issues All other duties as assigned by Supervisor Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThere are no supervisory responsibilities for this role.

Requirements: 1 Year experience in customer service preferred 1 year experience with dispatching preferred Extremely organized and detailed oriented High school diploma or equivalent Dispatch Software experience preferred Must reside near assigned area Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
