Laser Programmer

Laser Programmer Lead If you have experience setting up and programming lasers in a machine shop or metal fabrication environment, this is a lead role where you will be responsible for getting jobs running, keeping production moving, and making sure parts come off the machine correctly. Operate and program metal laser equipment to produce precision components from customer drawings. Set up jobs, load programs, verify material and tooling, and make adjustments to maintain quality and production. Responsibilities include programming lasers for metal fabrication projects, setting up and operating equipment, interpreting engineering drawings, inspecting first-piece and in-process parts, troubleshooting production issues, and coordinating work with other operators.
