Responsibilities: Execute the full lifecycle of low voltage projects, from initial rough-in to final system commissioning and testing. Diagnose and resolve complex technical malfunctions in security and communication hardware to minimize client downtime. Interpret intricate blueprints and technical schematics to ensure precise system integration. Maintain high-quality standards for cabling, terminations, and device installation across diverse commercial environments. Document service activities and system performance metrics to ensure accurate project reporting. Collaborate with site leadership and stakeholders to deliver seamless project handovers and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Required Skills: Proven expertise in the installation and troubleshooting of low voltage systems, including fire alarms and access control. Strong proficiency in reading and applying technical blueprints and wiring diagrams. Physical capability to perform tasks involving ladders and lifting up to 75 lbs. Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Demonstrated ability to work independently and solve field-based technical challenges.
Preferred Skills: 4+ years of hands-on experience in the low voltage or security industry. Advanced knowledge of modern structured cabling techniques and system components. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers and project teams. Commitment to professional growth and adherence to safety-first work practices.
