Key responsibilities:
Define and align the AI platform and transformation roadmap with business priorities and measurable outcomes
Lead initiatives from discovery through production launch, ensuring continuous improvement and adoption
Architect and scale AI applications and platforms, establishing standards for reliability, security, and performance
Required qualifications:
7+ years of experience building and scaling AI software products for large audiences
4+ years of experience with AI and generative AI systems, including model development and deployment
3+ years of hands-on experience with AI applications and platforms using LLMs and workflow orchestration
7+ years of professional experience with Python and strong experience with PySpark and related technologies
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
