Senior Contested Case Manager

Key responsibilities: Manage assigned contested foreclosure cases with a focus on proactive monitoring and risk identification Collaborate with outside counsel to implement litigation strategies and prepare case summaries Oversee the discovery process and maintain the litigation database, providing updates to management and investors

Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or an Associate's degree with paralegal certification and ten years of relevant experience Extensive knowledge of laws and regulations related to residential mortgage servicing Experience in the legal department of a mortgage servicer Proficiency in legal case management databases and Microsoft Office applications Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
