Key Responsibilities:
Execute Exports: Manage end-to-end ocean export bookings, routing, and cargo tracking. Handle Documentation: Prepare and verify Bills of Lading, AES filings, and export compliance documents. Coordinate Operations: Work directly with ocean carriers, truckers, and global agents to keep cargo moving without delay. Master Proprietary Tech: Learn and utilize our in-house custom software to manage all international shipments.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience processing ocean export shipments. Must have prior experience working for a major freight forwarder. Willingness to learn our custom, proprietary software. Strong knowledge of maritime export regulations, documentation, and carrier procedures. Sharp attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
