Senior Validation Engineer

Position Requirements: Required Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive validation, testing, product development, project management, or a related engineering field. Strong Knowledge of validation requirements in automotive components Experience creating and maintaining validation documentation Experience with Design Verification and Validation (DV&V) activities. Strong Leadership Skills Strong technical writing and verbal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective project management and prioritization skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Project for planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities. Ability to work collaboratively with engineering, quality, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers. EDUCATION Bachelors in Engineering Project Management training, certification (PMP), or related coursework is a plus.
