We are now seeking talented, passionate, and creative chefs to join our team Requirements: 5 years minimum New York City restaurant experience as a Sushi Chef. Perform expert‑level butchering of multiple fish and shellfish, including premium and seasonal ingredients. Maintaining product quality & developing creative and tasteful presentations. Uphold authentic Japanese techniques, including advanced knife work and traditional preparation methods. Able to maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining all sushi bar station work areas, keeps station health code compliant and organized at all times. This individual must be able to consistently deliver under pressure. Develop, refine, and execute high‑end menu items Communicating with staff to ensure special requests and allergy considerations Educating Staff on Japanese ingredients, products & cuisine. Uphold a culture of respect, discipline, and professional growth. Scheduling 20 to 30 employees Maintain food cost and control waste Ordering and overseeing daily invoices Monthly Inventory Proficient with Microsoft Office Must have open availability
