This hands-on role focuses on building a robust donor pipeline, soliciting major gifts, managing campaigns, sponsorships, and annual giving while supervising the Development team. You will collaborate with staff, Board members, partners, and funders, steward relationships, and ensure strategic use of CRM and project-management tools to protect donor information
