The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Campus Planner (Master Planner) with an active Secret Clearance.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain master planning documents.
Conduct stakeholder engagement activities.
Analyze current and future space needs.
Support workplace planning initiatives.
Coordinate planning reviews and approvals.
Develop project schedules and planning frameworks.
Support strategic planning efforts.
Required qualifications include:
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of planning experience.
Preferred qualifications include:
AICP Certification.
Federal campus planning experience.
Salary range:
$80,000-$100,000. Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications. Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government. Please note that telework arrangements are subject to change based on customer requirements.
