This attorney will serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders, supporting complex commercial transactions and helping drive key business initiatives across a growing organization. This is an opportunity for a commercially minded attorney who enjoys partnering closely with the business, negotiating sophisticated agreements, and providing practical legal guidance in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements. Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters. Support customer, vendor, and strategic partnership transactions. Provide pragmatic, business-focused legal guidance that balances risk and commercial objectives. Assist in developing and improving contract templates, playbooks, and internal processes. Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across the organization to support strategic initiatives. Contribute to special projects and broader corporate priorities as needed.
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school and active U.S. bar membership.8+ years of legal experience with significant commercial contracting expertise. Strong experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements. Exceptional business judgment and ability to provide practical legal advice. Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior in-house experience preferred. Experience supporting a technology, software, or other high-growth business is a plus.
