The group handles sophisticated business disputes in both Illinois State and Federal courts and is looking for an attorney who is confident managing complex litigation matters while continuing to develop as a strategic advocate and trusted advisor. What You’ll Work On: Handle all phases of complex commercial litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings Work with experts and assist in developing case strategy Participate in court appearances, hearings, arbitrations, and trial preparation Collaborate closely with partners and clients on high-stakes business disputes What the Firm Is Looking For: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials Admission to the Illinois Bar required Minimum of 3 years of litigation experienceat a law firm or as a Federal Court judicial clerk Strong writing, research, and analytical skills Experience taking and defending depositions preferred Excellent organizational and case management abilities Someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment This role is ideal for an attorney who wants sophisticated litigation work, direct involvement in case strategy, and the opportunity to grow within a nationally recognized practice known for handling complex, high-profile disputes.
