Litigation Support & Legal Operations Specialist

Kimley-Horn is seeking a Legal Specialist to join the corporate Legal team in Walnut Creek, CA. This role supports the Legal team by handling subpoenas, production requests, discovery responses, and notices, while maintaining calendars and legal databases. You will also assist Marketing teams with legal questions on proposals and support general administrative tasks to keep the legal function efficient. This position requires strong organization and communication skills.
