A well-established, patient-focused dental practice in Minnesota is seeking aGeneral Dentistto join its growing team. This is an outstanding opportunity for bothnew graduateslooking for mentorship and experienced dentists seeking a busy, procedure-focused practice with excellent earning potential and work-life balance.
Position Highlights:
  • Full-time General Dentistry opportunity
  • Monday-Friday schedule, 7:30 AM-4:00 PMFlexible scheduling with a 4-day work week option available
  • No after-hours call
  • Opportunity to participate in optional community outreach on Fridays

Compensation
Base Salary: $260,000Or greater earnings through a competitive collections-based compensation model Signing bonus Relocation assistance available Comprehensive Benefits Malpractice insurance provided Health and vision insurance (50% employer-paid)401(k) with 5% employer match Employer-provided dental benefits Paid Time OffContinuing Education (CME) allowance Practice Environment Busy, procedure-heavy practice with strong patient demand Average of approximately 12 patients per day, plus hygiene exams Treat patients of all ages, from pediatrics through adult populations Comprehensive general and restorative dentistry Supported by an experienced clinical team, including: Two full-time dental hygienistsCRNA support Dedicated front office and clinical staff
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
  • Active Minnesota dental license (or ability to obtain)DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong communication and patient-centered care philosophy
  • New graduates and experienced dentists are encouraged to apply
  • Interest in expanding clinical skills through mentorship and in-house training
