This is aVP-level leadership opportunityfor an accomplished hospitality operator who wants to help build something from the ground up. Working closely with ownership and senior leadership, you will play a central role in establishing the U.S. operation, opening new locations and creating the infrastructure to support significant future growth. From early-stage development and pre-opening strategy through to opening, stabilization and expansion, you will have a genuine opportunity toshape how the brand grows and operates in North America. The OpportunityLead U.S.operational strategy and execution Oversee new openings from development through launch and beyond Build scalable operational systems, standards and processes Partner closely with ownership, culinary, development and design teams Build, recruit and develop high-performing leadership teams Drive exceptional guest experience and service standards Own budgets, KPIs, forecasting and operational performance Help establish the culture and operating model for the U.S.business Play a key role in shaping the brand's long-term expansion strategy
