Responsibilities:
Provide strategic and day-to-day leadership for manufacturing operations, ensuring the facility achieves safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives. Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, including production, maintenance, engineering, quality, warehousing and distribution. Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with overall business objectives and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, cost reduction, quality, and operational excellence. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and drive accountability across the organization. Oversee production planning and scheduling to optimize capacity, labor, equipment, and inventory while meeting customer delivery requirements. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, environmental regulations, and applicable industry requirements. Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and other functions to ensure effective cross-functional execution. Manage operating budgets, labor costs, capital expenditures, and other financial resources to achieve business objectives. Identify and implement opportunities to improve manufacturing processes, workflow, equipment utilization, and overall plant efficiency. Lead efforts to build a culture of accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous improvement. Evaluate facility capacity, equipment needs, staffing requirements, and capital investments to support current and future business growth. Ensure consistent product quality and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions when issues arise. Develop succession plans and talent-development strategies to build organizational capability and strengthen the operations team. Lead change-management initiatives and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve operational performance. Communicate operational performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership and provide recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 10+ years of manufacturing leadership experience Strong interpersonal and communication skills
