Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the Role: We’re currently looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities: Providing essential support and specialized care to students with behavioral needs (BCBA)Collaborating with school staff, therapists, and families to develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans Maintaining thorough documentation and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines applicable to BCBA practice Conducting student assessments and contributing to the development of education plans Supporting classroom staff with behavioral strategies and interventions

Qualifications: Valid Board-Certified Behavior Analyst certification via the Behavior Analyst Certification Board required.

Preferred Skills: 2 years of experience in the school setting preferred but not required. Pay range and compensation package Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Pay Range: $73.50 - $90.85 hourly

Schedule: 35 hours / week (Full Time or Part Time Options)
