Implement individualized plans to achieve personal goals. Foster independence and inclusion within the community. Offer short-term relief to caregivers of individuals with disabilities. Follow care plans and ensure the well-being of individuals in the absence of their primary caregivers. Engage in activities that promote socialization and recreation. Salary is $17-$20 Per Hour
