Surgical Technologist – Surgical Services8-hour days, Monday to Thursday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of extended hours if cases run late. Call may be required, with shifts being 11 PM to 7 AM on weeknights or 12-hour shifts on weekends. Travel between facilities may be required, with a primary location in Danvers and occasional coverage in Beverly. Floating to other locations may occur as necessary. Current state licenseAHA BLS certification required Experience with EPIC EMR system Strong experience in orthopedic and cataract surgeries Ability to scrub DaVinci Robotics and orthopedic cases; Spine experience is a plus Previous travel experience preferred Prepare and maintain the sterile field for surgical procedures. Assist surgeons and other medical staff during surgeries. Provide instrumentation and supplies to the surgical team. Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols. Manage and organize surgical instruments and equipment between cases. Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of the operating room.
