Operations Associate

Advocate Health is seeking a remote, full-time Operations Analyst to support practice operations. The role will collect data, conduct time studies, and act as an SME for process workflows. You will develop job aids and publish changes while coordinating across providers, teammates, and practice managers to meet organizational goals. Strong communication, detail orientation, and time management are essential. Regular travel to facilities is required; Epic Workqueue experience is preferred.
