US Engineering Director for Advanced Reactor Build

Blykalla is seeking an Engineering Director to build and lead the US engineering team and execute the reference design in the US program. You will report to the VP of Engineering and collaborate with the R&D organization to preserve design intent while enabling practical execution in the US. The role emphasizes US regulatory alignment, licensing input with DOE, and establishing interfaces with INL and partners, aiming for first criticality in 2027 and full power later.
