Key responsibilities:
Managing patent office proceedings internally and drafting, filing, and litigating patent office documents
Handling communications with decision makers and supporting senior attorneys with ongoing matters
Editing work product of colleagues and providing various legal support services
Required qualifications:
5 years of relevant experience with PTAB, including drafting petitions and litigating cases
Successful passage of the State Bar and Patent Registration Examination
Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience with algorithmic, codec, and code-based subject matter is preferred
Technical undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is advantageous
