Retail Sales Support Representative

Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of incoming sales orders from all showrooms with accuracy and speed. Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for clients, ensuring pricing, product details, and timelines are clear and correct. Enter and process orders in ERP system, ensuring that all data is complete, consistent, and up to date. Collaborate closely with showroom teams, designers, and operations to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to specification. Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies or client concerns with professionalism and urgency. Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, processes, and product lines to better serve clients.
