Senior Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed project plans that include technical scope, execution schedules, project budgets, and resource loading Manage the project team's work assignments to meet committed milestones and deadlines Monitor project expenditures (labor, expense, and capital) throughout the project Provide concise project reports to key internal stakeholders on a monthly basis Identify technical, schedule, and cost risks to project deliverables and develop plans to mitigate them Ensure adherence to the product development stage-gate process Schedule and lead weekly project meetings, monthly project reviews, and all design and gate reviews for the project Coordinate qualification and compliance testing to applicable military standards and customer specifications Provide minutes and action items for all project meetings and maintain an action register for the project to ensure all items are closed out at the appropriate time Review project material purchases to ensure adherence to the project budget Track and report on KPIs related to project execution and provide suggestions for improving team efficiency and execution consistency Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to ensure deliveries are consistent with project requirements Manage the transition of designs into production, working with contract manufacturers and component suppliers
