Front Desk/Dog Handler

SHERMAN OAKS, CA, US Dog-E-Den is a busy Dog Care facility in Sherman Oaks located on Ventura Blvd 2 blocks away from Sepulveda Blvd and the 405/101 Interchange. We are looking for experienced and responsible Front Desk staff to join our team. The Front Desk is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests they've made the right choice to leave their dog with us. To deliver a great guest experience Front Desk staff members will check in and out guests efficiently, and make sure that all questions and concerns are answered. Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions or concerns Record guest preferences in the system Check guests in and out, including resolving any late or disputed charges Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions using established procedures Send out daily report cards to clients Handling of dogs on and off leash of 70 lb+ Make sure the store runs properly and efficiently FRONT DESK POSITIONS REQUIRES AT LEAST 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE...Veterinary or professional dog experience preferred.
