We're seeking dependable and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing high-quality food consistently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare menu items according to recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Assist with prep work and inventory management
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff
- Ensure timely and accurate food preparation during service
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
