Network Engineer/ Network Architect

Location: Remote. There is a ROPES assessment that needs to be done. They are looking for a principal level Network Engineer that can architect, design and build. They are looking for someone that has extensive experience with Cisco Viptela SD-Wan, Cloud security Architecture, and Palo Alto Firewalls. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise firewall and SD-WAN solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will lead the deployment of Palo Alto firewalls within Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and other cloud environments, while also helping establish a new Cisco SD-WAN architecture connecting GCP hubs to on-premises branch and data center spokes. This position requires a highly independent engineer capable of driving both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational support. GCP experience is not required, but preferred. They just need that expertise in leading the deployment within any cloud.
