Your Key Responsibilities: Perform Level 2 Workers Compensation evaluations (certification required) Conduct DOT physical exams (DOT cert required) Complete impairment ratings and M164sDocument efficiently in EPIC EMRMust-Have Qualifications:
  • Board Certified in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Orthopedic Surgery or BE with scheduled board exam date
  • Active Colorado license or ability to obtain before start (IMLC accepted)
  • Level 2 Workers Compensation certification (mandatory)
  • Active DOT certification at time of application
  • Active BLS and DEA licenses
  • Clean malpractice and background checks (NPDB self-inquiry report highly preferred)EMR Training Requirements (Mandatory):Complete online EPIC learning modules prior to virtual training
  • Attend scheduled virtual EPIC training
  • Provide details on EPIC experience, last facility used, and a badge-quality photo
  • Submit time zone, best contact phone, and email for smooth onboarding
