Construction Estimator - Chicago, IL

Job Description: Develop conceptual and detailed estimates. Analyze plans, specifications, and bid documents. Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing. Perform quantity takeoffs. Participate in value engineering efforts. Support proposal development and bid submissions. Collaborate closely with operations teams during project transitions. Ground up project experience strongly preferred. Proficiency with Bluebeam, Excel, and estimating software. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
