This role will define the technology strategy, consolidate multiple legacy systems, and create a modern, scalable IT environment across several acquired manufacturing businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Build the overallIT strategyacross support, operations, systems, infrastructure, and security

- Create and scale a real IT department from the ground upWhat You Bring 10+ years of IT leadership inmanufacturing or industrial environments
- Experience integrating and modernizinglegacy systems
- Strong background ininfrastructure, cybersecurity, and OTAbility to build and leadapp dev teams
- Experience working with MSPs and driving consolidation
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
