Project Executive

You will have responsibility for the commercial and operational performance of your business unit, providing leadership from preconstruction through project delivery and closeout. Rather than being tied up in the day-to-day management of individual projects, your focus will be on:

• The PersonWe're looking for an experienced Heavy Civil / Site Development professional with strong commercial awareness and the leadership capability to operate at business-unit level.
• You'll ideally have:
• Significant experience delivering complex Heavy Civil, Site Development or General Contracting projects
• A track record managing multiple projects and sizeable project teamsStrong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L responsibility
• Experience taking projects from preconstruction through completion
• The ability to recruit, lead and develop high-performing teamsStrong client and stakeholder management skills
• The ambition to progress beyond project delivery into broader operational leadership
